International workshop in performance led by Franko B, curated by Maurizio Coccia [Palazzo Lucarini Contemporary - Centre for Contemporary Art, Trevi (Perugia), Italy]

(29 August - 3 September 2016)

Death & Romance: A journey through the personal, political and poetic. A workshop with Franko B.

The project aims to bring together the radical performative experience of renowned international artists in the habitat of Trevi, facilitating a meeting place for new themes and personal techniques. The workshop combines the rural setting and bucolic environment with an extremely rigorous training regime. At the end of the course, the participants present publicly the results of the internship within the cloister of the Pinacoteca di Trevi.

There was an open application process for participants, who were selected based on their submitted portfolio, CV and personal statement.
